entire home, and will provide a detailed checklist of suggested improvements
and enhancements, to help show the home at it’s very best.

The Evaluation includes a 2 hour consultation & walk through, as well as a
comprehensive Plan, which is yours to keep.

The curb appeal, landscaping, entrance as well as the entire interior of the
home will be assessed.

room easier to work with. The sofas
were placed across from each other &
the large armchair and ottoman were
moved to open the room.
