My Real Estate Evaluation will show you how to
see your home through the Buyer’s eyes.  

Together with the owner or the Realtor I will
conduct an assessment of the entire home, and
will provide a detailed checklist of suggested
improvements and enhancements,
to help show the home at it’s very best.

The Evaluation includes a 2 hour
consultation and walk through, as well as a
comprehensive Plan, which is yours to keep.

The curb appeal, landscaping, entrance
as well as the entire interior of the home
will be assessed.  





After evaluating the property, I will arrange
furnishings in a way that will appeal to most buyers
and help you achieve a sale as quickly as possible
for the highest possible price.  

All homes should show like Model Homes!
I will establish focal points in the main areas
of the home to create visual impact
and will edit personal belongings to create a look
that is more open, inviting and clutter free.  

My specialty is infusing stylish design layouts
and subtle energy flow patterns to encourage
buyers to linger and imagine their pieces and
themselves in your space.
In order to keep costs to a minimum I will
incorporate as much of your existing decor as possible.

An ONLINE visit to your home may be the first
visual a buyer has.

Half Day – 4 hours  $400  
(smaller homes requIring only 3 hrs - $300)
Full Day Service – 8 hours  $750

A large inventory
of designer accessories is available
to supplement furnishings if necessary.
